Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. However, due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we have a limited return and refund policy.Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged or if the wrong item was received.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Please contact us at info@oregonuas.org to initiate a return and receive instructions.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect upon delivery, we will gladly issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
• For approved returns of non-defective items, we will issue a refund for the item cost only, not including original shipping.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges, as each item is custom printed per order. If you need a different size or design, please place a new order.

No refunds or returns will be accepted for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect size ordered
• Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
